PhD (University of Kansas); MFA in creative writing/poetry (New Mexico State University); B.A. in English and Spanish with a creative writing minor (New Mexico State University). Amy is the author of the chapbook Acme Book of Love (Main Street Rag, 2014) as well as the full-length poetry collection The Open Mouth of the Vase (Cider Press Review, 2015) which was selected by Charles Harper Webb for the Cider Press Review Book Award. Her  poetry, prose, and collaborative work has been published in various journals and anthologies, including Mid-American Review, Prick of the Spindle, The Best of Kore Press 2012, 100 Word Story, Matter Press: Journal of Compressed Creative Arts, BOAAT, Spiral Orb, and Stone Highway Review.
