Dr. Harrington has been at KU for 33 years. He teaches courses in Bullying Prevention and Intervention, Behavior Management Classroom Management and Human Development. Recent speaking engagements on the topic of Bullying include: the Kansas Association of School Psychologists Annual Conference, the Association for Psychological and Educational Research in Kansas, the Nebraska Autism Spectrum Disorder Network Annual Meeting, and the Irish International Conference on Education. He is a member of the Advisory Committee on Bullying Prevention in Kansas sponsored by the Children?s Service League and has made numerous presentations to teachers and parents and the Kansas Board of Regents on the topic of bullying and behavior management. Currently, he is conducting research on the topic of Teachers and University Professors Bullied by Students as evidence that bullying can happen to anyone, anytime.
