(Ph.D., Indiana University) Dr. Haufler is the Chair of the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. His research focuses on Biodiversity, Macroevolution, and Evolutionary Mechanisms. His primary areas of interest are the biology of ferns, especially systematics and evolution, biogeography, and population genetics.
