(Ph.D., University of Pittsburgh) Dr. Murray is an experimental nuclear physicist who does experiments at the Relativist Heavy Ion Collidor on Long Island and the Large Hadron Collidor in Geneva. His interest is in studying how the quarks and gluons that make up the strong nuclear force behave when the time dilation induced by relativity is very strong.
