Dr. White is a Professor of Applied Behavioral Science and the Director of the Research and Training Center on Independent Living at KU. His research focuses on socially significant issues that people with disabilities face in their daily lives. He is interested in the intersection between environment and behavior. Outcomes of particular interest are health promotion, independent living and increased participation in the community.
